JuiceBoxClub uses account information to run member accounts and the email alerts you choose. This notice describes this website's features.

What we store

When you sign up, we store your email address, a protected password hash, account creation time, email confirmation status, and your drop-email choice and consent time. We use temporary session records to keep you logged in. Brief, hashed network identifiers limit repeated login attempts and expire automatically.

Club points

If you claim an Etsy purchase, we store its order number and review status. After verifying the purchase, we record eligible merchandise totals and refunds to calculate points. We also keep reward redemptions, points spent and issued discount codes. Points are calculated on our server; payment-card details remain with Etsy.

Email is your choice

Drop emails are optional. Marketing delivery requires both your opt-in and email confirmation. You can change your preference in your club account or use the unsubscribe link in a drop email. Account confirmation and password reset emails are separate from marketing.

Services involved

The site and account database run on Cloudflare. When email delivery is configured, Resend processes the address and message needed to deliver your email. Google Fonts supplies the site's typefaces. Etsy supplies listing images and handles all purchases, payment information, order support, and checkout under its own policies.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses necessary secure session cookies for member and owner login. Your chosen background color is saved in browser local storage; Reset to brand color clears that preference. Owner edits and uploaded artwork are stored to run the gallery. No advertising pixels or third-party analytics have been added to this version.

Control and deletion

Open your club account to change your email preference or delete your account and associated membership records. Submitted order claims are removed; verified order and reward records are detached from the deleted account and retained to prevent the same purchase or code being counted twice. Deleting an account here does not delete Etsy orders. Questions about account information can be sent to JuiceBoxClub through the Etsy shop.
